Refund policy
🔄 30-Day Return Policy
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind.
- Failure to do so nullifies your right to cancel/return.
💼 Unused and Original Condition
- Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Return items must be unused and in the original condition.
🚫 No Restocking Fees
- No additional fees are charged, but returned items should be in new or close-to-new condition.
- Customers are responsible for return postage charges, except in certain damage cases (see Damages).
- Customers are liable to cover return costs.
💳 Refunds and Credits
- Automatic refund by check or credit card, unless a store credit is specifically requested.
- Store credits can be applied to future orders or later requested as a cash refund.
- Postage fees are non-refundable.
📦 Postage Fee Refunds
- Generally non-refundable, except in cases of shipping errors made by us.
🛠️ Damages
- No additional postage charges if a product arrives damaged and requires replacement.
- Report damage within 7 days of receipt; claims after this period are not valid.
- Contact us immediately at hstaunton1@msn.com and provide details for a quick replacement process.
Returning the Product
- Return goods using a “signed for” insured Postal service.
- Provide proof of return and postage cost; a receipt validating the cost is required.
- No refund for merchandise damaged due to poor packaging by the customer.
⏳ Processing Time
- Allow 7-10 days for credit adjustments on modified orders or returns.
📜 Compliance
- We adhere to The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
- Customers in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw within 14 working days of receiving a product from The Luxury Games Company, as per the regulations.
